The rental of the apartment is declared according to the rules, classed 2 stars, a tourist tax of 0,90 euros/adult/day will be requested the day of your arrival and paid by the owner to the community, as specified in the law.

St Gilles les-Bains, 2-room ground floor, pool, ocean view

F2 of 35 m2, ground floor with a bright air-conditioned bedroom, pool and ocean views (new bedding in 160), shower room, separate toilet, dining kitchen, 20 m2 covered veranda with ocean views. The accommodation is attached to the owner's house but with independent entrance. You will have access to the private pool. Accommodation located on Chemin Summer in St Gilles les Bains, 15 min walk to Les Roches Noires beach. You can park your vehicle in front of the house.

The Filaos Bungalow

Fully equipped bungalow. Located 50 METERS (really) from the Ermitage lagoon and its beautiful swimming beach protected by its coral reef, and populated by multicolored fish. The 19 m2 bungalow is surrounded by a small tropical garden that is completely private and fenced. It is air-conditioned and equipped with a double bed (140 cm), separated by a door from the shower room/WC. Outdoor kitchen of 10 m2 equipped with terrace for the exclusive use of the tenant.

Ideally located with a direct route to La Saline beach, this small apartment is waiting for you! Located in a very quiet residence, its 30 m2 terrace will allow you to enjoy meals, comfortably seated in the garden furniture, and why not a short nap in the shade of the coconut tree. You'll find everything you need nearby: bakery, grocery store, restaurants, wine cellar... everything is located within a kilometer of the Residence.
