Located in a private residence not far from the center and accessible by transport if not transported, you will have everything you need to stay properly in this cozy studio as indicated on the listing. Although the space is still limited, you can be accompanied and comfortable in this charming place, anything is possible. Julia was very nice, responsive and understanding to me. A late arrival from me but I had all the essential information in order to be welcomed. So flexible, similarly for my departure and even after forgetting things on the premises. Thanks again! The week-long stay at Dominic's was a real pleasure , very very welcoming as a host , takes good care of his guests , very good recommendations from him to visit the north of the island. He lives right at the top of the 4 properties he is always friendly and available and so , so kind . The sea view wow!! and the amazing sunsets from the pool which is clean and perfect. It's quiet and we have everything we need to spend a well centered week to visit and meet other people, and rest . Nothing negative to say! You'll see for yourself!

We had a wonderful time at Eric´s apartment in Le Carbet. The apartment had a great location to explore the North of the island, was very clean, spacious and we had no trouble in the communication. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the big terrace, with a wonderful view of the ocean. The beach is very close, as well as a bakery and a small supermarket. We would definilty love to stay here again! Thank you!

Pleasant stay at Jean Claude's. The accommodation is as described, nicely decorated, very peaceful and very clean. The added bonus is the mosquito net and mosquito product. The location is ideal for visiting the north. Jean Claude is a lovely person, helpful and attentive. Thank you for the coconut punch tasting and small intentions 😊 We would highly recommend!

The accommodation was very nice, ideal for two and located in a peaceful environment, on a cliff overlooking the sea. There is a shared pool that was perfect for refreshing:) Dominique was responsive, friendly and gave tips for activities and outings. We recommend

Dominique's place is a haven of tranquility with a tropical environment that has seduced us a lot. Everything matches the description and photos, we had a great time. Dominique is a very welcoming host and full of generosity,he has been good tips for our excursions. We loved the little extra of the improvised Spanish inn aperitif with the other vacationers, a very good time to exchange and relax over good rum and delicious accra prepared by Dominique. The corner of Carbet is for us a beautiful discovery, the best place for us on this beautiful island. We'll be back one of these days for sure.

We had a pleasant stay in Petite Anse. The accommodation is spacious and the large terrace with sea and mountain views makes it very appreciated. The room is air-conditioned and equipped with a mosquito net (it's very useful). Henriette was also very friendly and available to us. The bathroom would deserve a little refresh. We did not have the pleasure of enjoying the welcome pot mentioned in the listing but the first breakfast.

Quiet and peaceful location. Spacious and very pleasant apartment. Well-equipped and modern. Every room is a place to relax .

We had a great time at the place. Élise is very warm and welcoming and very responsive. The accommodation was very clean, had all the necessary equipment and was close to all amenities, all you had to do was cross the street to go to the market, bars, restaurants or on the beach. We appreciated Élise's little touches upon arrival. If we have to come back to the island, we will come back without hesitation. We highly recommend it.

The view from the home is just breathtaking and the location of the listing is great! Nothing to say about the apartment!

Deborah and Evis are very good hosts, very interesting to chat with them. The location is set back from the city center of Fort-De-France, so quite quiet and very favorable for getting around. Nearby there are good restaurants, and several shops. Very clean studio, with communal pool with hosts. We were great and do not hesitate recommending this place....thank you again to Déborah and Evis..

We just spent ten beautiful days in Martinique in Sylvie and Jean-Yves' home. this accommodation is just ideal both for its position close to the tip of Les Trois Îlets and its terrace overlooking the pool but also its amenities available. The residence is well kept and is its calm was greatly appreciated. a quick note, especially to thank Stéphanie who took care of our welcome. It's like our entire stay. Wonderful!!! One thing is for sure ... we will come back and if possible to this listing!

Super nice convenient place with an amazing view! Well located very close to the beach and restaurants. Communication was impeccable. We have nothing to complain about, everything was perfect! We had a lovely stay there. We would highly recommend!

My only complaint about staying here is that we eventually had to leave. What a wonderful getaway. Perfectly located with unobstructed views of the ocean and diamant. Walkable to many great restaurants. 11/10 cannot recommend highly enough.

A perfect welcome. Luca is very considerate and always available to answer our questions. The apartment itself, perfectly matches the description and opens to a superb terrace overlooking a real postcard of the Bay of Fort-de-France. The only downside is the proximity to the busy road and a little invasive at first. The beach directly accessible below the accommodation is very peaceful and pretty, you will forget the few 120 steps and 3 locked gates to access it. We spent a month there, from mid-January to mid-February this year and have a great memory of it. Françoise and Eric

We had a pleasant stay with Stéphane and Marie-Noëlle. The space was perfectly furnished, clean and ideal for a relaxing vacation. Marie-Noëlle was very helpful throughout our stay, giving us valuable recommendations and making sure everything was perfect. She has always been very welcoming and caring. Very pleasant stay. Carine was very responsive and flexible for our arrival and departure. The space is spacious for a family of 4 and has many amenities. Good location to visit the South of Martinique. We enjoyed the pool. Access to the sunbeds is paid on the days when the restaurant is open (free on Wednesdays and Thursdays since the restaurant was closed on those days during our stay) but the owners of the restaurant were very nice and we could easily just have a coffee or a drink and could spend time on the sunbeds. We are delighted with our stay there!
