Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

The highest house in Usson, one of the most beautiful villages in France, 2 bedrooms and a living room each with access to the outside, 3 terraces on 3 levels and 3 orientations (east, south and west, for the sunset!), 2 with a 180° view of Auvergne and its volcanoes. For more independence, a 3rd bedroom, with a bathroom, in the small neighboring house, is offered at €60 per night, for more than 6 guests (max capacity of the main house) Basic shops 5 km away Alt 574 m 75 in 10 minutes

Gite L'Aksent 4*

With a surface area of 120 m2, the cottage is located in the heart of Auvergne in the Sancy massif, near the Auvergne volcanoes park recently classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will find all amenities in our village of Tauves (bakeries, butchery, SPAR ..) Composed of 2 bedrooms, each with bathroom/WC, equipped kitchen, Wifi, TV, fenced park, parking. Possibility of renting sheets 10€/bed and towels 6€/person. Optional cleaning package 60€.

The cottage is located on the southern flank of the small seaside resort of La Bourboule in the heart of the Monts d'Auvergne and Sancy Regional Natural Park. Ideal for gatherings for families or groups of friends, with its practical side: (all the necessary comforts, household appliances, child equipment, games...) Close to the city center; (5-min walk) where you can go to the tourist office offering many activities suitable for everyone!

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Towel linens and cleaning included

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and towel. cleaning included. You will stay in a 55 m2 apartment for 5 people with balcony on the 2nd and last floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/WC (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the first floor. We remain discreet as much as possible in order to leave you as much as possible the house and garden.

Gîte des Monts d'Auvergne (Laqueuille 63820)

In a typical Auvergne house, between Sancy and the Chaîne des Puys, you can enjoy the calm and wide open spaces at an altitude of nearly 1,000 m. Laqueuille, a tourist town, between Terre (Bleu de Laqueuille) and Eau, 25 minutes from Mont-Dore ski resort, 35 minutes from Chastreix ski resort and 50 minutes from Super-Besse. Outdoor activities, total disconnection to breathe and discover beautiful landscapes in all seasons.

Apartment in the city center in an old building

Apt of 49 m2 in the city center of Bourboule, you will find the main square, restaurants, shops, casino, thermal baths, window park, everything is within walking distance.... There's a lot of hiking trails... In winter, a shuttle bus takes you down the Mont Dore slopes. It has a cellar for storing skis,bikes... You will find a raclette service, coffee maker, fan, hair dryer... There is space and very bright.
