Indulge in a luxury spa experience at a tranquil cottage. Follow a garden path from your decked balcony to a private wood-fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, outdoor shower and summerhouse. It's a great spot for stargazing by night and bird-watching by day. Cook in a modern well-equipped kitchen or have a night off, dinner prepared for you by us and brought over to the cottage. Please note that all logs for the hot tub and log burner are inclusive ! We are pet friendly and welcome 1 large breed or 2 smaller breeds of dog. The cottage is situated in the grounds of our own home. While it is entirely private we are on hand if you need anything and Mark can also provide private catering as a highly regarded chef sourcing the best local produce in Cornwall ! The cottage terrace opens out from the bedroom with direct access to the garden and a path which leads to an outdoor spa with wood fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, fire pit and summerhouse. We are located in the adjacent house should you need us for anything at all but offer our guests total privacy otherwise. The choice is yours ! The cottage is in a pretty rural hamlet surrounded by countryside near the market town of Launceston in the county of Cornwall. A car is needed. The cottage sleeps 2 adults in a King sized bed and up to 2 small children (under 12) on the sofa bed.

Completely away from it all, yet near to Padstow and Wadebridge, Bozion Barn lies in a delightful south-facing position above the River Camel valley with its cycle trail to the moors or Padstow. Situated just out side of the picturesque village of St Teath. Byghan Barn offers a rural retreat away from the crowds. Stunning sunset followed by the stars looking down on our little barn. Perfectly for accessing the North Coast of Cornwall. Dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the barn. This is due to a dog causing damage to our property and inconvenience to our guests until the damage could be repaired. We do offer doggy day care for an additional fee if booked with plenty of notice.

Nestled in a valley, The Piggery has been renovated into guest accommodation. There is a kitchen, comfy double bed, bathroom with shower and a cosy wood burning stove. The river, with salmon and trout, is a haven for wildlife. Our home is a former water mill and smallholding of 5 acres and we keep Meg the dog, Tony the Shetland pony and a rooster with his chickens. The area is a listed site of natural beauty and a site of scientific interest. The views from the barn are wonderful.
