La Chatelardière

Our fully renovated cottage can accommodate 4 or 6 people. It features: 1 living room open kitchen, living room with sofa bed, dining room with billiards, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet, 2 bedrooms with 140X190 beds and dressing room. A terrace with awning, garden furniture, barbecue, sunbathing and shed with toilet and shower. A garden with swimming pool (covered and heated from mid-April to late September), swing, ping-pong table and bowling alley.

Take it easy at this unique and particularly tranquil getaway with exceptional views of Lake Marillet and our swimming pool. Come and immerse yourself in a green setting and let yourself be lulled by bird song. You'll also enjoy eating on your private terrace with stunning views. This independent accommodation is located above our house. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool and garden. The bottom of the garden overlooks the lake, kayaks are available to you.

The Orfraie gîte

Within the Domaine de l'Orfraie, on the borders of the Vendée plain and bocage, the gîte de l'Orfraie is conveniently located between La Rochelle and Le Puy du Fou, the ocean and the Poitevin marsh. You will enjoy its one-hectare landscaped park as well as its heated pool in summer. It consists of a bedroom with king size bed, a bathroom with a two-person bathtub, shower and toilet, an equipped kitchen, a seating area with a sofa bed, and a furnished terrace. ​

Our cottage is an outbuilding of our farm, designed to be warm and relaxing, with access to the surrounding nature and opportunities for walking and cycling. Our cottage, nestled in the Vendée countryside, is just a 10-minute drive from the nearest shops. It is also centrally located for various attractions such as La Roche-sur-Yon, La Rochelle, the beaches, Puy du Fou, the Green Venice, Nantes, and more.

Newly restored mill in the heart of the Marais Poitevin

This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified as "4-star furnished Tourism". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has kept its narrow and original miller's staircase. Combining wood, lime exterior coating, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.
