A setting that invites you to relax. If you're on the move, it's ideally located for visiting the area. In the town of Bourg-Dun, a charming village near Veules-les-Roses, 5 minutes from St Aubin-sur-Mer beach (large sandy beach and water activities) and Quiberville.

Seafront house

Ideal location : you just have to cross the park to reach the sea facilities (beach, fishermen, kids playground, parking lot, ...) The village itself has been elected "one of the most beautiful villages in France" in a famous TV show. All the houses stick to the reputation and all have roses in front of them. The house itself is small (small bedrooms) but perfectly located. The dining room is oriented due-west so you can enjoy the sunset on the sea every night.

Lyons-la-Forêt – Private Duplex

The space The apartment is on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms in a row. Ideal for a couple with kids. Access is via an external staircase leading to a terrace overlooking the private garden with views of St Denis Church. The apartment has on the 1st floor a spacious living room with a dining area adjoining the open plan kitchen, a living room equipped with a wood stove, a shower room & separate toilet. An interior staircase leads to 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs.

In the house everything is new, very good bedding, fitted kitchen and a very pleasant living room.
