Shey was an incredible host! She was so communicative, attentive, and thoughtful. She had a welcome basket with a variety of drinks and treats ready for us upon our arrival. More importantly, the place was beautiful and private with the most spectacular view. Our kids felt right at home in their place. Having a pool in Saipan is an amazing bonus that we definitely took advantage of! We cannot thank Shey enough for her hospitality. She thought of everything we could ask for and took care of everything we needed. We truly had the best time during our stay and cannot wait to come back! 1000% recommend to everyone!

If you name 2 things I liked the most during my 3 night 4 day trip to Saipan, it would be Managaha island and the accommodation. The host was kind and visited the accommodation in person to show us where to eat and go. Saipan has been told that overall the infrastructure is not good compared to Korea. I was even told that hotels are distracted by what people usually expect. But no major complaints about Lake Park Guest house. I especially recommend it to a family trip for 4 people.

Superior ocean view from the balcony and nice host, great place!

my family stayed a whole week at the Lily's villa, particularly satisfied with the private pool, which works for both kids and adults. the pool has a deepest spot way deeper than the usual adults height. air conditioning works well, as well as every other facilities, but washing machine needs a bit of a care though. great day view and greater sunset view, no need to go out for that. plenty of chairs and tables and beach beds. bbq was provided and it was awesome, but you might need a gas torch instead of lighter fluids, to make the fire faster.

The view is very nice! Christian kindly recommends landmarks and lends you snorkeling tools! There were a lot of Chinese people because of the host's characteristics, but they shared the cooking ingredients and it was so nice:) It's a great place to rent the best👍 of Pau Pau Beach in front of you. Thank you Christian, I had a lot of fun in Saipan. Hope to see you again someday!

This is an amazing place that is located in the heart of Garapan. You don’t need a car to get to most places, like the beach, cafes and restaurants, stores, etc. Also, the host is extremely helpful, and my friends and I were satisfied with everything. No complaints at all!

This host should get more than a 5 star rating. They lived next door and went out of there way to help us. We came as strangers and left as friends.
