We rented a place through this application for the first time, the owners of the villa, father, son, very polite, and humble. We got an immediate answer to all our questions. Even though the weather was rainy, the pool was so hot that we could get in even in the evening. The rooms are immaculately spacious and definitely one of the best if you are going to keep them on the sides of Kartepe. They really deserve the money you give to the fullest. It's been our favorite place.

The house is suitable for large families, more beautiful than it looks in the photos. There was nothing missing in the house. There is no heating problem, the rooms are quite spacious. We couldn't use the pool because it was cool, but the pool was clean. The host is open to communication, moderate, and helpful.

The house is great. We gathered 8 people to celebrate. We went with twin babies. They provided two high chairs and a park bed. Everything and everything was clean and the pool was very nice. Of course, there is a clear smell of chlorine from those used for heating and cleaning purposes, but if not, we could have doubted cleanliness. Next time, we will take bathrobes and garden slippers with us. It was not a good idea to use the bath towels by the pool, we made a mistake

What a beautiful stay we had… The house is located in nature with an amazing view. Even more beautiful than I imagined! Heated pool, indoor and outdoor fireplace, barbecue, … Everything was there to enjoy the best family conditions! A big thank you to the host who is very responsive and concerned about our well-being. We stayed in the villa for 5 days was very fun, entertaining and very suitable for children. The farm is full of fruit trees. We were very impressed with the kitchen, it is complete and stylish utensils. The only negative is that electricity has been cut off twice and every time we have to communicate with the host and give us instructions in order to maintain air conditioners . Mosquitoes are very annoying in the area even with the use of protection creams and sprays who want to live here should expect it

We went to our friends for a weekend together and were incredibly satisfied. It had a very large garden. We came with our dogs and they enjoyed it just as much as we have. Everything was considered at the resort. We didn't miss anything. The amenities in both outdoor and indoor spaces were great. The moment we stepped into the garden, we felt like we were in our own home. Everything was made before we arrived. The rooms and kitchen were clean. It was quite sufficient for kitchen utensils. I really enjoyed my vacation with my wife and the kids. Although it was December, the pool was lukewarm. Although not as hot as a thermal pool, it can be swimmable. When we circulate while swimming, the pool gets hot. The host is very caring. We were very satisfied.

Ms. Filiz supported the location when the stay date was approaching. We had no problems at check-in, we had a welcome as if we were going to the family home. The house and garden were very comfortable and everything was thought out. The linens, bathrooms, kitchen were spotless. During the stay, our needs were also asked and helped. It was awesome Villa , full of privacy , clean and safe place , Mr. Enes and Mr. Osman was helping 24 hours, the villa included generator and water tank so don't worry if electricity or water cut off from the government.. finally it is highly recommended Very high privacy, safety and cleanliness , the cooperation of the owner of the villa is very beautiful , the villa is fully equipped of utensils, air conditioning, swimming pool heater, a reserve water tank and a generator , strongly recommended and deserving of each lira

The house was as pictured and quite clean. The house and the pool were heated before we arrived, all the items and supplies we would need in the house were available, towels, slippers, barbecue and fire pit supplies, cleaning supplies, etc. There was wifi in the house and it was everywhere without any problems, and Netflix was also available. The kitchen was built-in and the machines were all working properly. We also used the washing machine in the bathroom and we were satisfied with it, and it would have been much nicer if there was a tumble dryer. The hot tub was quite big and worked fine. The temperature of the pool was very good, we used it comfortably during the day and at night. The garden was quite spacious, with very good lighting and having a dining table in the barbecue area was also very pleased with us. We had a pleasant time both inside the house and in the garden. Her privacy was also quite good, both the garden walls were high and not too low with the neighbors. Having an indoor garage in the garden was also an extra benefit. Our host was also very caring and helpful.

The place was really comfortable, there was a place for grilling/barbecue; and a swimming pool. The view was to the lake. Beds were comfy and nice. There's a nice backyard with full privacy. The owner Sadun was very nice, kind and cooperative. Definitely we will come back again.

We had a very nice time with our 2 family children, the kitchen had supplies to meet all our needs. ( coffee maker, tea maker, toaster, etc.) The pool was warm, the house was heated before we arrived, beds were enough for 8 people, the garden had a swing, hammock, fire pit. It was very enjoyable. It was very spacious on the patio We had no dissatisfaction. Thanks for everything.
