The apartment is beautiful modern and is very well located in a very quiet area and close to restaurants and markets walking; we went to the tourist places and from that area by car or maximum motorcycle it is 2 hours, it is very well located, faith is very attentive and very friendly!

the accommodation is very nice and clean it has everything you need, the pool is super great, the accommodation is 10 minutes by taxi from the terminal, in front of the whole pass the bus to go to Bioparque ukumari, also nearby the bus of Santa rrosa, nearby shops d1 Ara OXXO bakery, is apt is cool otherwise every room has a fan, the amphrion is very friendly.

Rene was a great host, showing exceptional responsiveness during my stay. From the moment I checked in, he was flexible with my check-in time, despite my flight arriving early. He accommodated my request. Rene was attentive to any questions I had regarding the apartment. As I typically rent a car during my stays in Colombia, the limited amenities in the vicinity did not pose any challenges. The building does not have assigned parking, so it is essential to familiarize yourself with parking. I consistently found available spots, but exercise caution if you arrive late and need to block someone in the Tandem parking. The regular single-space parking options tend to fill up quickly. The apartment itself offered a great view, was well-maintained, and provided a comfortable living space. It included a washer and dryer for extended stays. The only feature I wished for was a television in the living room. Some individuals prefer to watch television while dining it is a preference. Great Stay!

Very good service, central place close to everything, very friendly.

Best thing about this apartment is the location. It's in a safe clean neighborhood with with all the amenities you would want in a neighborhood. The apartment was clean and just as described. My stay could have been terrible with a small issue that rhe host neglected to inform me about ahead of time, but they were able to quickly find a fix for the issue when I raised it with them. All in all I recommend this placy and the host

The place looks very nice. Maybe better than the pictures. Has great water pressure and constant hot water for a great shower. Great view. I used the washing machine since I travel a lot and need to keep my clothes clean (I travel light). Good restaurants around and coffee shops. Can walk to the olímpica (grocery store) in 5 to 10 minutes. I would stay here again.

Great value apartment with everything needed for a stay of any length. Juanita was very friendly and helpful from the start. Definitely recommend. If you are spending time in the area I also highly suggest visiting the Jardin botanical of quindio and check out all the beautiful birds and butterflies.

Wonderful, caring and very responsible and reliable host! We felt so well taken care of and I am long forward to coming back. Best location in Armenia- 5 min walk to the gorgeous Parque de la Vida, grocery stores, cafes and lots to do! Also very close to the university campus which is a great alternative to walk and run, with beautiful nature! Thank you, Nelson!
