Playita is a beach house overlooking a charming cove. From the private terrace you can access directly to the sea where you can swim as soon as you wake up or see the breathtaking views. The main body of the house consists of a living room communicating with the kitchen, two bathrooms, two double bedrooms. In the back you can access a terrace overlooking the square of Torre Pali. The house is about two kilometers from the Maldives of Salento.

Sun house with terrace overlooking the sea!

Our beautiful historical terrace house was built in 17th century, is located in the middle of historical centre of Gallipoli, near the Basilica di Sant'Agata and was completely renovated with great care in 2018 with the idea of creating a very comfortable, quiet and relaxing place. Great restaurants, chic bars, beautiful Purita beach and shops are all 2 minutes by walk from the front door. Large car parking is about 200 m from our house.

A shared swimming pool is surrounded by a clean, blue tile border, reflecting the clear sky. Sun loungers and a large umbrella provide shaded areas. Lush greenery complements the backdrop, and the villa structure features arches and large windows, enhancing the outdoor space.
