It is a 1907 bungalow that has been completely remodeled but maintains the historical charm. When you walk through the door you are walking into the splendor of an era gone by. This charming house is within walking distance to Salina Community Theater, Stiefel Theater, many restaurants, grocery store and many other downtown shops. This wonderful, newly remodeled apartment is a part of the historic Stiefel Theatre in downtown Salina. This beautiful apartment has big windows that look out over Santa Fe. You are right in the heart of downtown, all the restaurants, shops, are just minutes away. The loft has a bedroom that sleeps two and also a West Elm sleeper sofa that sleeps two in the living room. There is a private entrance off Santa Fe, a full kitchen with microwave, espresso and coffee maker, and washer and dryer.
