In the area there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a bakery, pharmacy, laundry, playground and outpatient clinic. Public transportation is available 25 meters from the apartment, connecting the cities between Avilés and Piedras Blancas, passing through Salinas.

In our charming home you will enjoy a unique experience. Located just above the cliff of Llumeres, with privileged and direct views to the Faro Peñas, a place of great interest and demand in the Principality of Asturias. Our comfortable 2 bedroom apartment has the perfect location at the edge of the old town - close enough that all the city is right on your doorstep (4 mins walk to the cathedral & city hall). It has a gorgeous terrace that catches the morning sun, wifi, central heating & a smart TV. There's no elevator but it's only half a flight of stairs (8 steps) from street level. We have a large parking space (fits even vans) available for free for guest use just a 3 minute walk from the apartment.

Ideal accommodation for families as it consists of three bedrooms: two double and one single and two full bathrooms (one in the master bedroom). San Lorenzo beach is 150 meters away. It has a nearby parking lot, 50 meters away (€15/day), and belongs to a small shopping center that has a supermarket and gym. The main square and the marina are an 8-minute walk away

Centrally located flat, with all the comforts for a perfect and pleasant stay, less than 5 minutes from the centre. Tranquillity is assured as it is a quiet community. 7 minutes from the train/bus station. 15 minutes from Asturias airport. Very good communication available by bus, train, plane and electric cars for rent by the minute (Himobility and Guppy). 10 min from Salinas beach and 17 min from Xago beach. It is only 25 km from Gijón and 27 km from Oviedo.
