The eat-in kitchen contains a full- size electric stove, refrigerator, and microwave as well as a dining table with 4 chairs. The bedroom is furnished with a very comfy new king size bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The home is within walking distance of some very nice downtown shops and restaurants. The Tunnel Hill Bike Path is only one block away, and the beautiful Garden of the Gods is a scenic 22 mile drive away. Come put your feet up on our screened in porch and watch the squirrels play!
