It is spacious, does not have to go through any 'dry law' roadblocks, and features a swimming pool, a kitchenette, a games room, and is airy and extremely cosy. There are 2 comfortable suspended daybeds, 3 en-suite bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 single bed, plus 2 en-suite bedrooms with 2 double beds each, all brand new. We charge a cleaning fee of $300.00 and an energy consumption fee of $1.50 per kWh. A 300 kWh meter reading is equivalent to $450.00.

Almost on the seafront, there are two twin houses with 5 bedrooms (3 en-suites) and mezzanines with beds. Two full kitchens and two living rooms. Swimming pool, soccer field and two barbecue grills. We can comfortably accommodate up to 23 guests in beds. There is an ADDITIONAL COST of R$75.00 per person/night for 16 guests or more. Sorry, we can only accept small pets. Additional cost.
