Este es un departamento monoambiente, moderno, pequeño y muy bien equipado que está ubicado en pleno centro, a solo dos cuadras de la plaza central (Plaza 9 de Julio) y de la Catedral. Está muy cerca de restaurantes, bares y distintos lugares turísticos para visitar y disfrutar. Cuenta con una cocina de vitrocerámica, microondas, heladera, Wifi, TV con Netflix. La cama puede ser de dos plazas o dos camas individuales. El departamento tiene entrada independiente, con tres escalones para ingresar.

We offer a large and quiet studio space, overlooking the western mountain range, with excellent natural light and ventilation. It is located in the downtown area, just five blocks from Paseo de los Poetas and Calle Balcarce. Seven blocks from the micro-center and Plaza 9 de Julio. In a residential area with restaurants and shops. Also great ease to use public transportation. An ideal space for rest and home office, but close to all the downtown Salteña offer.

It's a very comfortable apartment on the most beautiful and tree-lined avenue in the city of Salta. Beautiful area to walk, very close to the city center but far enough away for greater tranquility. You will enjoy a large balcony with a good view and fresh air. Jacuzzi upstairs is available and also a basement garage. Beds for up to 2 adults and 1 kid up to 1.3 m tall (the kids bed is small 1.4 x 0.8 m)
