Possibility to rent a canoe and a small motorboat. Good fishing opportunities, especially for Gjørs. Great hiking terrain. 13 km to 18 hole golf course. 13 kilometers to Munkedal (grocery stores and liquor stores). 22 kilometers to Uddevalla and Torp shopping center.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. A wonderful location with a private jetty and beach. Here you have a wonderful view of Gullmarsfjorden. There is a golf course, hiking trails, swimming area, fishing, kayaking. The nature is exotic in the area and there is a lot of cultural history. The house is a summer cottage built in 1950 and was renovated and expanded in 1980, renovated again in 2000 and most recently renovated in 2022. A typical summer cottage in a rustic environment decorated with modern kitchen and modern toilets. The decor is rustic and tasteful.

Stay by the sea with a private jetty

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

60 m² cottage with private beach, older standard. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with a toilet and shower, and a washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer together induction stove with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas barbecue, parasol, access to private beach. Please note that there are a few steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double 2 single and as well as a small boat available during the stay. The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

The apartment consists of a kitchen and living room with an open plan, toilet and two bedrooms. From us in Dale, it is about 30 minutes to the coast, whether you want to take a trip to, for example, Orust, Lysekil, Smögen or Grebbestad. Even in Munkedal there is much to do such as hiking, golfing, paddling, mini golf, swimming in both salt and fresh water.
