At 2 steps from the Villa access to the private beach and the huge swimming pool of the Residence. Sunbeds are waiting for you. Small bonus, aquagym CLASS: They take place in the Residence swimming pool every Wednesday and Friday from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. and every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. The session costs 2500 FCFA (approximately 4 Euros) which will be paid, before the session, to the Ibrahim instructor.

Generator set, water blower, electric shutters. 4 beds (including one on the mezzanine), 3 bathrooms, spacious living room of 60 m2. Housekeeper, pool attendant and gardener. Electricity at cost, depending on consumption. About 15 euros/day in summer.

Haven of peace with direct access to the beach !

Yes, the photos correspond to reality! If full we have 2 other advertisements: "Havre de paix access..BIS" to rent room n°2 and "Havre de paix..TER" for the 2 rooms. Quiet in the shade of coconut trees and feet in the water. 4 restaurants and 2 grocery stores nearby. Walks on the beach, fishing trip. 10 minutes from Saly. Taxis 5 mins away. To see: Somone Lagoon (seafood oyster tasting) Joal/Siné Saloum/Toubab Dialaw/Gorée/Lac Rose/Lompoul Desert. Airport transfer.

Keur Ricou, cabano duo, on the beach

Former shed from the 1960s, when Dakar residents came to spend their weekends in Popenguine. Rare undestroyed witness of this period, it has been renovated respecting its authenticity.
