Cosy cottage with private access to the lake

Experience real relaxation in our loving wooden house in Unterburgau am Attersee. The house is located on a large family estate with shared lake access – perfect for swimming, relaxing or boating. Right outside the door, hiking trails begin to Schafberg, Schwarzensee or through the impressive Burggrabenklamm (currently unfortunately closed). Vacation home in the countryside on the outskirts of Salzburg

The cottage is located next to our small farm in a green meadow, surrounded by forest, on the outskirts of Salzburg. You will have an entire house for yourself. We don't have a public road, so it's quiet and yet so close to the city. There is free parking in front of the house, and in 10 minutes (0.7 km) you can reach the bus stop (downhill) to get to the city. You can walk from the bus to our place, depending on your fitness level. We always recommend a taxi for your journey here.

We offer everything. The proximity to nature, to the mountains and lakes as well as the proximity to Salzburg's old town. The small stream that flows right in front of the bungalow as well as the private swimming pond in the garden make this accommodation unique. Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Stylish, practical, good!

We renovated our 2-room apartment "Black & White" with attention to detail, refurnished it and created a wonderful overall concept. The bedroom is bright, all in white, natural Scandinavian chic. The living room with the small fitted kitchen with dark grey/black furniture that moves between industrial style and art deco. But the most beautiful thing is the view from the breakfast table of the Alps and Salzburg's magical local mountain - the Untersberg.
