Waterfront holiday rentals in Salzburg-Umgebung District

Wir waren über ein verlängertes Wochenende bei Marion & Bernhard. Beide haben wir zufällig bei unserer Anreise vor Ort angetroffen und konnten früher als vor dem angegebenen Check-In in die Unterkunft. Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch, ich kann es nicht anders beschreiben. In wenigen Minuten Fußweg gelangt man in die Fußgängerzone mit Restaurants, sowie an die Promenade am Mondsee. Die Unterkunft selbst ist stilvoll eingerichtet und mit einer tollen Küche ausgestattet. Modernes und sauberes Bad. Marion & Bernhard sind sehr freundlich und haben vorab, gleich nach der Buchung, alle Informationen für einen reibungslosen Aufenthalt zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in der Wohnung! Alles war super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders praktisch war der Pool direkt im gleichen Gebäude. Die Lage ist top – in ein paar Minuten ist man am See oder bei der Schafbergbahn. Ideal, wenn man gerne wandert oder einfach die Natur genießen möchte. Der Check-in war total unkompliziert und der Gastgeber war super hilfsbereit – mit vielen tollen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Besonders schön war auch der Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge – einfach traumhaft. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Beautiful and quiet apartment in nice location. A Billa and Lidl markets 5 minutes away. Train station Aigen stop 10 minute away. World class restaurant next door. Bakery 50 meters away. Enjoyed walk along river to city center and Christmas Markets, a nice 30 minutes walk. This apartment is all about quite comfortable in very nice location.

We booked last minute due to a change in plans, and Diana's place was perfect for our family of 4. The space was just as expected and very clean. The bus to the city was very convenient, and I'm glad we didn't start in the city. We purchased the Salzburg card, which was definitely worth it, and we saw many sites in and out of the city. Diana was so thoughtful with all of the amenities she left. We'd highly recommend this stay.

Friendly host, picturesque surroundings, nice, clean, modern 2 storey apartment (bottom level: kichen, living room, toilet, upper level: bathroom, bedroom). The host was kind enough to provide us with bikes to explore the area.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt! Sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war top – alles war gut erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung, ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Constanze's spacious lakeside home was a gem of a find! An idyllic location; gardens leading down to the jetty & lake ; amazing views across to mountains; excellent scenic walks to either end of the lake; train station 5 minutes walk away with regular, reliable service to Salzburg & elsewhere. We made the best use of this beautiful house & location & the wood burning stove was very much appreciated on the cooler evenings! Constanze was a great host, was there to meet & greet us & with excellent communication via phone too & we have no hesitation in recommending her lovely home.

Ich wurde persönlich von Gerlinde sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und liegt sehr schön in der Natur. mit dem Bus erreicht man die Unterkunft vom Salzburger Hbf in ca. 45 Minuten. Thalgau Ortsmitte ist einen knappen Kilometer entfernt wo man alles bekommt. ich bin zwar wegen der Wettervorhersage (Starkregen) früher abgereist aber habe mich dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt. komme gerne wieder!

Unterkunft entspricht in allem der Beschreibung, Haus gut ausgestattet - toll, dass alle Zimmer ihr eigenes Bad haben. Der See ist in drei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, man kann super noch schnell nach Wanderungen etc baden gehen. Der öffentliche, kostenlose Strand ist auch fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus bleibt auch bei einer Woche 30 Grad C schön kühl. Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen ist die Straße, die man an Arbeitstagen hört - WE ist ruhig.

Krásné, čisté, stylově zařízené ubytování s výhledem na jezero Attersee. K dispozici bylo vše, co nás jen napadlo (gril, venkovní posezení, lehátka, sauna, místo na uskladnění kol). Co jsme velice ocenili, byla soukromá pláž přímo na břehu jezera s chatičkou na převlékání a možností půjčení malé loďky; zde jsme si po celou dobu uschovali nafouknutý padleboard. Katharina je velice milá hostitelka, stále k dispozici. Každý den se zeptala, co máme v plánu, popřípadě poradila nějaké tipy.

Es hat uns sehr gut bei Marlis gefallen- die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr groß und der Ausblick ist fantastisch!!! Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause (und nicht wie in einem sterilen Hotel ) . Es fehlt an nichts! Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

Ein sehr schönes, architektonisch interessantes und blitzsauberes Haus. Die Lage und der Blick auf den Berg sind toll. Gerne wieder!

Der Aufenthalt war toll, das Zimmer war klein aber gemütlich, besser als die Fotos erahnen lasse. Das Haus ist sehr schön. Claudia ist äußerst hilfsbereit, flexibel und sehr freundlich. Dank ihr alles hat genau für mich gepasst und ich hatte einen stressfreien aufenthalt. ich komme gerne wieder.

Thanks for a lovely stay. Very convenient, located close to public transport which made heading into old town quick and easy. Apartment very clean and tidy and comfortable for 2 couples.

Our stay in Mondsee was wonderful! Sonja, in particular, was incredibly kind and always available whenever we needed anything. The property was well-equipped, spotless, and had everything we needed. Grocery stores were conveniently located nearby, which was a big plus. Overall, we had a fantastic time with our family and truly enjoyed the experience. :)

The accommodation is greatly located. The garden is amazing and access to the lake is the best part. The apartment itself is not modern or somehow designed but it has everything you might need for a short stay. Markus and his parents were really nice and the communication was easy :) I recommend it!

The pictures do no justice as the apartment is much larger. The views from the apartment are breathtaking and its perfect for enjoying breakfast and lunches on the balcony. The apartment is absolutely clean and Ulrike and Gerald are super friendly. Our daughter arrived early and they helped her with her lugguage. Also, Spar Express is very closeby and made it very convenient for us.

Wonderful location and good views from Rosemarie’s apartment. Everything in Strobl is easily within walking distance of her AirBnB. Check-in was easy and I’d recommend using your smartphone light to help find and enter the code for the key box (it’s in the underground garage). Entrance to her apartment will require navigating up many stairs but you are rewarded with a wonderful view of the local Parrish church and the mountains. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped…she has two very large balconies (bedroom & living room) which is nice. We were informed early on that some of the doors leading to the balconies were in need of repair and could not be used…the main door to the large south facing balcony. There is an onsite person who can be contacted to help open the very large sliding glass door in the living room. All in all a very wonderful place to stay in the Salzkammergut…lots to do and see. I highly recommend staying here!

We have been very lucky. We loved Claudia and Claudia's apartment. It was perfect for us. Warm, cosy and with everything we needed. The village of Fuschl and the lake are delightful and well placed for trips around. Her recommendation to use the bus for Salzburg was a good idea. There is a bakery and a grocer just a few steps away. We can't wait to go back.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, um Urlaub in Salzburg zu machen. Per Bus ist man schnell in der Innenstadt. Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wohnung ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern und Stephan ein kommunikativer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Very very nice place to stay-cozy, comfortable and clean surrounded by beautiful natural views. The hosts are very gracious, friendly and welcoming people. I would love to recommend the place and will definitely stay again if I ever come back to Salzburg.
