The house is a summer cottage built in 1950 and was renovated and expanded in 1980, renovated again in 2000 and most recently renovated in 2022. A typical summer cottage in a rustic environment decorated with modern kitchen and modern toilets. The decor is rustic and tasteful.

Boating experience is required to get to the privately-owned island. Dock at the jetty with a stable plastic boat about 5 m with a 9 hp outboard motor, good for fishing from. Swim at the child-friendly sandy beach opposite.

Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer together induction stove with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas barbecue, parasol, access to private beach. Please note that there are a few steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double 2 single and as well as a small boat available during the stay. Welcome to Lyckebro's old school! Here you live simply but comfortably with proximity to some of Bohuslän's main gems. We have three twin rooms and one double room (continental bed 160 cm wide). The rooms are 10-12 sqm. Our guests have access to the garden and our newly built orangery. Cleaning is not included in the price, as a guest you clean yourself, however, there is the possibility to buy cleaning for SEK 800. The host couple live in the school's old teacher's residence with a separate entrance.

Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.

Modern house close to the Åby fjord in Brodalen. The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
