Forvilla Boutique Hotel is a private accommodation facility located on the seafront in Dereköy, Samsun, and consists of a total of 4 independent villas. Each villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a heated pool, a jacuzzi, a conservatory, a private garden and a barbecue area. The villas, which can accommodate 6+2 people, are designed so that they cannot be seen from the outside or from other villas. There is underfloor heating throughout the facility and an independent VRF air conditioning system in each room.

Taşmahal Villa - Çakmaktaş

A stone concept villa made entirely of natural stones with a rare view of the forest and nature in Çakallı, the land of Çakallı Menemeni. It is 25 km from the center of Samsun and can be reached in about 20 minutes. Our villa is right next to the forest. Our villa consists of 2 floors, with 1 suite room with Jacuzzi on the upper floor and 2 bedrooms and a large living room + kitchen on the ground floor. There are separate bathrooms and WCs on both floors. It has a 250 m2 garden and a wooden patio outside.
