We had a good stay. Accomodation near the 7eleven and many massage shop. Also got many local food nearby. Gym also. House very clean and nice. I enjoy staying there

WOW, this place is incredible. I was hooked from the pictures but it's even more amazing in real life. We spent so much time in the beautiful yard watching the longtail boats go by. It's such a special environment to be in a quiet neighborhood, just a walk up the street to markets and street food, and have a lush massive garden to relax in. The house itself is immaculate and has so much style. The furniture is so comfortable and our family felt right at home. Thanut was so kind and helpful at checkin and at every communication. We will be staying again!!

Great place to stay with friends and family. Suitable for around 7-8 persons. Kids and pets friendly amenities. Amazing set up for Bbq. Cleanliness is really top. Provided towels , hair dryer and the basic shampoo and body soap. Kitchen has necessary equipments as well also a well working fridge. Only thing was the kitchen smells a little musky. Everything else was great! Host was helpful and friendly and responsive. Location is alright , not the nearest to the shopping areas.

The house is very nice and warm, and the space in each room is also very large, the host is very kind and responds very instant TV There are also Netflix/Youtube There are also many board games to play in the morning to replenish breakfast every morning (capsule coffee.Milk. Toast. Jam.Boiled eggs. Cereal. Fruits, etc.) The happiest is to play in the living room every evening until it is dirty and up in the morning. There will be a family thing to clean the living room very clean without washing your own dishes is really great very recommend people come to Bangkok to book this ~

It’s a superbly comfy stay! The stay was 100% the same as the photos, even better I would say. The entire house, together with the pool, was very clean. Hosts were responsive and friendly. All instructions were clear. Shall revisit soon!!

The black kingdom is an amazing place to stay. The owners did a very good job designing the place. This is one of those listings where the place actually looks better then the pictures. Highly recommend.

Little friends especially like the pool, the bubble in it is not willing to come out, the water is very clean, it has been circulating during the day, the villa is in a good location, it is very convenient to go anywhere, the host is enthusiastic, always on the line

The host is friendly, very hospitable, very welcoming and feels like the host is taking care of every guest.The house should be in a lot of years, the kitchen and bathroom area still smell heavy, if the continuous ventilation is acceptable, there is a large living room, in addition to this, our other functional areas are not useful, because it is too hot, and these outdoor areas are also relatively old, the bedding on the second floor is better than the 1st floor, the bed sheets are not good enough, even if it has been replaced, there is a granule and feel friction, and some garbage bags are not prepared in the room.Most importantly, it would be nice if the bathroom could be improved, and it was very strange to use the shampoo and shower gel, we all bought it ourselves.In general, it was for some not so hygienic group to stay in, the photos of the house were much better than actually, because of the friendliness of the host, I had to give five stars.
