Holiday rentals with a pool in San Agustin

We had a fantastic time at this place! The pool is huge and perfect for relaxing or swimming all day long. The water was clean and refreshing. The rooms were spotless – well-maintained, cozy, and comfortable. It’s very private, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The secured parking for cars was a big plus! The kids had a great time playing in the pool, and we all had so much fun. It’s clear the host takes pride in keeping everything clean and tidy. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful setting with great amenities! Will definitely be back!

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

Good for staycation, medyo malamok lang during our stay, maybe because its always raining. But we enjoyed our stay very cozy.

I’ve now stayed at this villa more than a handful of times. Each time has been fantastic. From their friendly communication to the cleanliness of the property. I would always recommend this place if you’d like to have bonding time with your family, a quiet getaway with privacy and just for relaxation.

Beautiful place to stay as the photos shows. Excellent staff in the building. Rooftop deck and pool excellent. food available in building excellent. I will stay here again.

It's a decent place now the construction noise has stopped. Many of the new facilities on the top floor still not open as of March '24 though.

I stayed there for about a week. The accommodation was tidy and spacious, so I had a very good stay without any discomfort. If I get a chance next time, I hope to stay again.. They cleaned and changed the towels every day, and they responded quickly to any questions I had, so I had an enjoyable trip. Perfect!

Convenient and reasonably priced place to stay in San Fernando. If you're an avid golfer and ready to play...sleep well and early morning play in the nearby golf courses beverly and pradera or to Clark. it's summer now very hot it's really advisable to play early in the morning 🙂

Had a great and comfortable stay at Louis' unit. The place was spacious, clean, and exactly the same as you'd see in the photos. The location was very accessible as well and there are restaurants and malls within the area, there is also a roofdeck pool which guests could enjoy. Louis was a great host and his detailed instructions were very helpful, definitely would recommend his place.

This place was fantastic! From the moment I saw the listing photos, I had high expectations, and I'm thrilled to say the reality was even better. What you see is truly what you get – the place is exactly as pictured, which is always a huge plus. The practicalities were also top-notch. The internet was solid stable, which was essential for me. The water pressure was just right, and the kitchen was complete with everything you would need. Having guaranteed CCTV-monitored parking was such a relief and knowing there was a security guard available 24/7 provided a wonderful sense of peace and security. The location was also a major win! Being so close to the Clark area made exploring so convenient. 5 stars!
