A very good place, with many amenities and good equipment in the kitchen. There was always good communication and cooperation.

We had a pleasant stay at Fabio's place, a very kind and helpful host. He gave us good recommendations for restaurants and excursions, and even took us on a nice hike on the peak of the island. There were a few small issues to fix, like the unusable downstairs shower, water leaks, and some necessary repairs (lock, outdoor staircase), but Fabio quickly took care of these issues. After the hurricane, he had to rebuild part of the house, which shows his dedication. Some adjustments or updates to the photos could make the experience even more enjoyable for future visitors. The view from the house is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to Fabio's hospitality.

We were staying with my family. We loved the place and Oscar made us feel right at home. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

The house is very nice and allows you to enjoy the Island perfectly and has a spectacular view. It was a very pleasant experience for the whole family, enjoying the beaches, diving and snorkeling to discover the beauty of this nature.

We had a lovely stay. Ann Marie was an incredible host. She made us feel very welcome and gave us recommendations on and contacts for things to do - from scooter rentals to kayaking in the mangroves. She also made us some delicious vegetarian meals as that part of the island has limited options for vegetarians. The location is amazing - away from the busy north end but an easy taxi ride or bus ride. It is right beside the ocean and hanging out in the hammocks at sunrise was amazing! She also served us our meals at a table directly facing the ocean. So beautiful! There is a swimming beach a 5 minute walk away. Thank you Ann Marie for sharing your home and for sharing the history and culture of your beautiful island.

We stayed at Kent's apartment for 24 days and the experience was excellent. The location is unbeatable: right in front of the best beach on the island, Rocky Cay, and only 15 minutes by bus from downtown (eye with the notices that say “Facing the sea”, because in San Andrés that doesn't always mean being “Beachfront”). Also, having a supermarket next door was key, something that is not so common on the island, especially since we travel with a 1 and a half year old baby and it served us a lot. We toured the entire island, even repeated excursions, and seeing the other accommodations we had considered we confirmed that we chose the best option. Kent was very attentive and responded quickly to all our inquiries. We also want to highlight Erika, who helped us a lot. We worked remotely from the apartment and the connection was excellent. Therefore, for location, friendliness and attention Kent's apartments are 100% recommended. We would come back without hesitation!

Anibal is an amazing host. My wife and I spent our honeymoon here and it was the perfect place to get away from it all. We needed to rent a mule/atv but that was part of the adventure. You’ll need something to travel around the island. The place was close to Cocoplum and St Luis but the drive to the center wasn’t bad maybe 15-20 minutes and well worth it. The kitchen was small but functional and the bed was a good size and comfortable. The pool/jacuzzi and outside area is what made it all better. Nights back at the house after the beach were great to relax in private. Speakers and projector worked perfectly and created a great environment.

Excellent host, apartment and location. It looks just like the photos, 24hrs security, Tons of places to eat within a block, 1 min walk to the beach and close to the airport. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the stay.

the apartment was well equipped with all the kitchen utensils. Everything was very clean , the location is very good , the beach is nearby and there are restaurants, drugstores close to the building.

Andrés's is at a great location. walking distance to all the restaurants, beaches, clubs and activities. nice pool area for you want alittle privacy but overall perfect location 2 mins from the clubs and popular restaurants.

Amazing place to stay as a family, Carolina welcomes you very kind, the apartment is as shown in the pictures and you arrive in the bar sector, restaurants walking no more than 2 min. We'll definitely be back!! 😊

I loved the place, very clean and tidy, Claudia always ready to help any concerns. It shows the same as her photos, and is very close to the beach so we were able to walk without a problem. It is a quiet and noise-free place if what you are looking for is calm and relief is the place indicated.

Perfect location for us where it's possible to find a quiet spot on the beach a short distance away and close to the vegan restaurant New Start (lunch only). The apartment was as described in the listing. It was comfortable, especially the beds and with AC in all the rooms. Vinburn looked after us well, what a lovely man he is, we would definitely return. Shop across the road for essentials though Vinburn arranged for the taxi to stop on the way so we could get shopping from the bigger shop. Having the big reusable container for water that he provided was most welcome as we had been concerned about potential plastic waste.

I will return for sure.

Emiliana was very attentive to everything we needed during our stay, in addition to facilitating contacts for the different activities we wanted to do on the island. A recommended site to get a closer look at the local culture.

The cabin is cute to spend a few days. It is close to the beaches of san luis and rocky cay. The bathroom is not very comfortable, but it's fine!The only thing I would change is the mattress. Stephanie was very responsive and responded quickly to all messages

We stayed at Elsa Carolina's apartment in San Andrés and it was a good experience. The place is nice, comfortable and clean, ideal for resting after touring the island. The location is quiet, just 7 minutes by taxi or motorcycle from downtown and about 30 minutes walking to the main beach. The staff was always attentive and diligent, ready to help with whatever we needed. Recommended!

very comfortable apartment, and easy to arrive, walking to the center from 15 to 20 min. the best thing is that we had a supermarket very close by. mrs. flora and glaider excellent hosts. i would go back again
