The ranch studio apartment includes two twin beds, a full bath, and half kitchen. Pets are welcome upon pre-approval from the on-site manager. No pets are to be left unattended. The house has central heating, doesn't have A/C for cooling. The house has cooking utensils. We also have Netflix pre-set up on the TV.
