Welcome to La Terraza, our spacious 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of Xela. We offer our guests things that can be hard to find in the city. Quiet, heated bedrooms; high-quality beds and bedding; stable, high-speed internet; a hot shower; a huge private rooftop terrace and so much more! All just a 5-minute walk from Central Park and 3 blocks from Quetzaltrekkers. You are very welcome to come stay with us! (To see more reviews about this room/apartment check out La Terraza III or my profile.)
Our guesthouse is only 5 minutes away from Central Park and close to restaurants, cafes and markets. It is a rare find in Xela with eclectic décor, furniture made from repurposed wood, and lots of local and international art. We recently installed new bathrooms, painted the walls, but also made sure to keep most of the original details intact. What we love the most about our property is the atmosphere; we created a space in where our guest from all over the world feel welcomed and appreciated.
“Without a doubt the best address in Xela. Well placed near the center, lots of cafes around. Great welcome with lots of advice. The setting is beautiful, great decor, it feels very good. Bedroom, bathroom, ultra clean kitchen. Laundry service. The living spaces are very pleasant and conducive to new meetings. We loved it and we hope to return one day, go there without hesitation!”

“Francisco's accommodation is the best, since I found everything necessary, good cleaning and even hot water in the shower. I recommend it to the fullest since both he and his wife are very understanding.”
