Alpine house with comfort for 4 people. Ideal 2 adults and 2 children. The main attraction of this property is its location as it is in front of the beach. It also has a large garden with barbeque. It has 2 air conditioning hot / cold, wifi, smart tv, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and crockery. At the moment, we do not provide linen (sheets and towels), although it does have pillows and warm clothes such as blankets and bedspreads.

Tierra de Mar is a modern duplex located in the center of San Clemente del Tuyú 350 meters from the beach and 250 meters from the shopping center. It has two floors with capacity for 2, 3, 4.5 and 6 people. Services: 32 "LED TV with cable, WiFi, microwave, heating, air conditioning, ceiling fan, patio with grill, private uncovered garage, alarm. Swimming wear and bedding are available for an additional fee. We have 2 units with central alarm.

No pets allowed, no smoking inside the house because of the cypress that surrounds the cabin.
