Holiday rentals with a patio in San Cristobal

Riccardo's place is just like the pictures. He is a great host, he came to greet us. High end decoration inspired in Pinterest. Bolsting 3 bedrooms 2 with A/C units, also A/C in the living room with large TV. Netflix and Youtube. Balcony with nice view. Washer in the laundry room. Like advertized, their is no hot water in the shower but you don't need it because the water temperature is so nice. Highly recommend this place, you will feel special.

This has become my home away from home when I am in Cucuta. I was just there in Dec/Jan and the place was beautiful and I walk in this time and some nice touch ups were done to make it even that much more beautiful. Julian and Nelly are awesome hosts and are there when ever needed. The pool is very nice and we used the gym a few times. The area has 3 supermarkets within a block of building and I used all 3. Night life and dining is also very close and downtown is a short taxi ride. I can't recommend this lovely space enough. Thank You Julian and Nelly once again for your kindness and hospitality Joe and Mayra

Everything was very good, excellent, we felt right at home. We will return every time we travel to Cúcuta. Recommended 1000%. Thank you for fulfilling what you offer and thank you for the confidence to welcome us, we had a great time.

an exceptional apartment, with the comfort that is expected of a home, quiet area, very little noise, there was good natural lighting, air conditioning in optimal condition, great beds, bathrooms and common areas always provided comfort. Maria's attention was excellent, I will certainly repeat!

I stayed for 2 nights but wish I could've stayed longer. I will definitely choose this place next time I visit cúcuta. Location is in a great spot, just far enough from the main road but still within walking distance of many stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. Always felt safe.

It wasn’t my first time staying at his property. It is always a treat to stay at one of his properties. Ellis and/or Salomé are always available for any question and/or concern. It is a safe location where the tower is located, building staff are nice and friendly. And the Apt itself was spotless. The cleaning lady is very approachable. I would always recommend to stay at one of his properties. Thank you Ellis and Salome!
