It is very private in a very quiet but comfortable neighborhood because there are all kinds of shops in its surroundings including restaurants, banks, bakery, grocery stores, pharmacy, clothing store among others. This place is suitable for everyone regardless of where they come from, without discrimination.

Surrounded by a 2,700 square meter garden with a collection of plants that attract birds and butterflies. 6 kilometers from the National University with just one public transport trip. 25 minutes from Braulio Carrillo National Park. A maximum of two small or medium pets are accepted (check before booking). Not aggressive towards other people or other pets.
