This is the second time I have come and it seems very good, it is a very quiet place, all very clean, and with the metro station nearby, shopping centers, and excellent common areas

If you’re first time visiting to Medellín with little Spanish speaking, this place is perfect fit. Laura and the entire team are so helpful, friendly, attentive, kind and they speak English. Overall service is incredible. The rooftop has great view to hang out. There are so many places to eat and the food is amazing. One thing to note is if you’re very sensitive to noise, make sure to book the back end of the apartment cuz there’s a metro running. I didn’t have any problem with noise. I definitely recommend this place.

The location was nice and family friendly. It was easy to walk into town and safe. My only recommendations on a personal note would be to add another air conditioner to the living room because it gets hot. On a second suggestion, it would be to open the pool area before 10:00am. Other than that, I would recommend this place for nice vacation.

Andrew is a great host. Very responsive. When he checks you in you could tell he enjoys what he does. One of the best host I’ve had on Air Bnb without a doubt. I definitely recommend this place. Close to everything you need. Short uber ride to el poblado. Many bakeries to get a snack, plenty of restaurants to choose from. Convenient stores right down the street. Literally a 2 minute walk. Go for this place!

The stay was super father since it was in a central place and a few steps away there is a grocery store and a few steps from the easy to access stadium I recommend it 100%

Excellent location, very clean place.

The pictures didn’t fully describe the gravity of the dwelling. i was fantastic especially the third floor patio with the grill, jacuzzi, mini bar that spared nothing. All bedrooms and bathrooms are livable and usable. Grocery store 5 minutes away and a butcher walkable. Neighborhood friendly. i relaxed and slept in every room of house including the living room and 3rd floor television room. there were spices and every tool or utensil imaginable. Great for families but singles too. And the view from the patio at night——-priceless

The apartment is centrally located close to 70th which has a lot of restaurants and touristic areas. Laureles is a beautiful area of Medellin close to other areas packed with activities. The. House is big and provided a cozy stay for a week.

Super comfortable, great experience, we love it, I would recommend it.

This is a very nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. It was at reasonable distance from many great attractions in Medellin.

Paula's apartment is excellent. It is spotless, in a very convenient location and in a super quiet sector. The beds are comfortable and have all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. In addition, Paula was always very attentive to what was needed. Super recommended!

The apartment was exactly as described—modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, cafes, and safe areas to walk around. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great local recommendations and making check-in and check-out seamless. The WiFi was strong, which was great for both work and streaming. The apartment had an amazing view, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Medellín!

I had a wonderful time staying here with some friends from the area. The view from all balconies was amazing and it was great to fall asleep to all the lights. I ran into Olga in the lobby and it is the first time I have ever met my host, she talked to us all like we were friends for years and it felt great to have such a warm, open, kind spirited individual to host me. I cannot wait to return here again to stay! Lots of things to do, the park is 10-15 minute flat walk and lots of places for parche in the barrio
