The apartment was spotless, it's the same as the photos. This is super conveniently located and Margolit was always attentive.

Excellent location for events in the movistar, Parque ohiggins, in my case it was super practical, close to the Brazilian neighborhood and historic center of stgo., quiet neighborhood supermarket two blocks away. Recommended, quick and seamless communication with owner.

Hermoso departamento, as described. The view of the Cordillera and Cerro San Cristóbal, exceptional. Very residential and accessible area. Boris was very flexible with check-out, so we were very grateful. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 3 nights and I must say it was an excellent experience. The house is very cozy, clean and fully equipped for a comfortable and quiet stay. We loved the vegetation of the place, which provides a very pleasant and relaxing environment, ideal for resting after touring Santiago. The location is unbeatable: in a very safe residential neighborhood and steps from the metro, supermarkets, pharmacies and other services. Despite being so well connected, it's surprisingly quiet, thanks to its thermopanel windows. The check-in process was easy and communication with the host was always clear and friendly. Undoubtedly, a place we would return to and that we highly recommend to those looking for comfort, good location and tranquility in Santiago. Finally, mention that they allowed us to leave our luggage early to be able to tour the city for the necessary time before checking in at the appropriate time.

The house met all our expectations, it's the second time we've stayed, and we'll definitely be back for a third time if possible, everything is very clean and tidy, the pool is large and the green areas are very well maintained.

PS: The master room is a luxury, a suite with a private bathroom, walking closet and view of Santiago by the window is spectacular.

My son spent five months in this cozy apartment. Location was excellent for visiting the city and also for everyday needs. The neighborhood is safe. Communication with Stefan was easy and he was available to answer questions. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Felipe's place is amazing. The view from the balcony and roof terrace is spectacular and the neighbourhood of Providencia is very safe. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable. I would return here if I come back to Santiago
