The home is located in a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes south of downtown Moab and very near countless off road and hiking trails. Plenty of parking in the 25'x25' 2 car garage, 3 car driveway or on the street on 2 sides of the house situated on a corner lot.

Fast trail and lake access. Hot tub and private patio to host big groups. Full hook-ups for an RV or camper on the property that are available for guests to use for an addition fee of $75 per night. Please inquire if you'd like to use the hook-ups. Inside is newly remodeled and with new furnishings.

Our spacious 2 floor home has a modern design with 2 large living areas, 2 covered patios, and ample parking. The house is on 1 acre of land, an easy 10 minute drive south of Moab. It’s ideal for exploring Arches, Canyonlands and all local sights.

This is a side-by-side duplex style home. Enjoy the fiery sunrises and sunsets and from the patios. Come inside to enjoy a the cool AC on a hot afternoon. There's more than enough parking for all your toys. Located just 10 min south of Moab to enjoy the nights under the stars and the amazing rim views. A work in progress with a few small cosmetic flaws, but nothing that’ll get in the way of your adventures.
