Holiday rentals with a hot tub in San Juan County

My family and I were travelling over the Holidays visiting national parks. Had never been to Moab or the surrounding areas. The property was a little further from the center of town then we were thinking, but that wasn't a bad thing. Still very close and only about 15 minutes from Arches NP. Very quiet and surrounded by great views. Andria was super helpful with coordinating the delivery of some holiday decorations I order which I thought was above and beyond, but she acted like it was part of the deal which was super nice. The house was beautiful and really comfortable. On Christmas Eve we even had some of the neighbors stop by singing Christmas carols. Really had a great time. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Moab, Arches or Canyonlands NPs.

Beautiful home! The location isn't the most convenient, but we were looking for more solitude than the hustle and bustle of downtown Moab. The drive is 11-15 minutes into Moab and it's an easy drive.

Fantastic base for all our Moab area activities. The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Our daughters loved having their own queen sized beds to slee on in their own bedroom and said they were super comfortable. The hot tub was great after long days of hiking and for stargazing. We very much enjoyed our time here and would come back in the future.

Had great views of the La Sal mountains from the front and only the towering rim behind the property. Hot tub located behind garage and tucked away so it's pretty private to the neighboring units. Great sunrises from the rear windows, sunsets on the La Sal from the front windows. Very nice home and furniture. Minutes out of Moab. Would stay again.

The house accommodates several guests as listed and has practically everything you need to make your day to day needs. Stephanie was very helpful with instructions before arriving at our stay so we really had no need to contact her! would def stay again if we ever have another large amount of guests

Brand new spacious place that’s a great homebase for a Moab vacation. Absolutely loaded with great amenities, like games, including ping-pong, and video games in the garage, fire pit, in the kitchen is very well appointed. Really great place for kids with all of the fun things to do in the house. We felt like we hardly even scratched the surface because of course there’s so much to do in the Moab area, but this is an awesome spot if you have a bad weather day and need to stay in.

The house is stunning and extremely peaceful. We loved watching the sunset from the panoramic windows. The kitchen and dining area are top notch and well stocked. Peter is highly responsive to any questions we had.

Great and peaceful place to stay the night. They do charge an extra pet fee not clearly stated in the description. But overall a beautiful place surrounded of nature.

It was a great stay! So quiet and peaceful! Felt at home, cozy stay! Fireplace was a plus!

This was a wonderful place to stay!! cozy and warm when we arrived. Beds were incredibly comfortable!!! kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies. limited non consumables, i.e. foil, parchment paper, zip lock bags. No tvs at all. Doesn't affect my review. very comfortable place!

A magical and peaceful retreat. We were in love with the views and the goats. Incredible star gazing as well. Cabin was cozy and just as described. Didn’t get to take advantage of the sauna or hot tub this time, but would love to return.

The Ranch House was spacious. It was a peaceful setting. The kitchen was well stocked with items to make easy to cook. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, fireplace and movie room.

The ranch was very quiet and peaceful - we're glad we chose this location over downtown Moab! One of the cleanest places we've stayed and the host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Our dog appreciated being able to play with us in the open grassy areas. Would definitely stay here again!

Truly a farm house in paradise. The setting on a peaceful ranch looking up at the La Sal Mountains can’t be beat. It’s a bit of a haul from downtown Moab and Arches NP, but it’s worth it for the solitude and beautiful surroundings. We sat on the back porch with coffee watching the sun rise over the mountains while our daughter fed the goats and gawked at the wild turkeys strutting around. Would return on our next visit to SE Utah!
