Departamento monoambiente en San Luis

Comfortable and bright apartment in the center of San Luis, very close to the cathedral and the main square. The apartment is designed for temporary rental and has been rented since February 2022. On the property there is a balcony with bars and benches of common use for all guests who are staying in the apartments. Smoking allowed in the balcony, you can find an ashtray in the apartment. Access to the apartment is by stairs only and is located on the second floor.

Doppio I is a first level housing, located in the best residential area of San luis. It has access with digital lock, radiator heating, DVH, A/C and avant-garde finishes. The duplex is composed on the ground floor by a spacious living-dining room, with a fully-equipped kitchen, a toilet, and a private patio with a barbecue. Upstairs, it consists of a full bathroom with a bathroom and two bedrooms with placards, one of which has a balcony and view towards the garden.

Pleno centro San Luis Argentina

Old house with a small courtyard and garage right in the historic center of San Luis. Only 5 blocks away from the central square of the capital Puntana. Two blocks from the former government house and Plaza Independencia. The house is pet-friendly. Ideal for people who come for work or paperwork to the city, for travelers who are passing through. Not a vacation-friendly space in summer. In that case, I personally recommend staying in our beautiful mountains.

Florida San Luis, in the countryside, near the lake, near the lake

In Florida with a nice view of the lake and the mountains, we offer a warm and cozy atmosphere! Depending on the time of year, you can see foxes, hares, a wide variety of birds, you can hear the frogs, chicharras and crickets and at night we are fascinated by stars and tucu tucus! The landscape also varies according to the seasons of the year, in the garden there are native plants and some organized species, the grass is natural.

Modern central apartment with a garage and beautiful view of the mountains. It has AA FC in all environments and underfloor heating. Fully equipped for 4 people. TV 32 in room and living room. WIFI. Plataformas de streaming (Netflix, Disney+, Paramount+, PlutoTV, Star+, Prime) Very good location: 6 blocks from the main square, 4 blocks from shopping, 2 blocks from a supermarket and quick exit to tourist areas.
