highly recommended, Mr. Juan Carlos and Mrs. Ruth super friendly and friendly in the reception and departure of the accommodation, regarding the super spacious house, the kitchen really spacious in case one travels with family and wants to cook something with everyone, the washing machine super spacious as for two people we loved it! we left in love with their kitchen; their rooms are spacious and the main bed is a super comfortable, the master bathroom now has its plus above all of us who travel with baby and we need warm water was a great point in favor, the secondary bedroom is equally spacious with two comfortable beds and the master bathroom is super great, as the ad says if there is a little noise that is typical of the city, but with those that you make tours you stay asleep in the end. highly recommended 20/10, I would come back again, thank you very much for the welcome, my family and I are grateful, until the next🤗!

Lucia was a friendly and responsive host who is eager to help out with anything you need. The apartment is nice and spacious and private. It's on the edge of the city, a 30 minute walk to the centre, but the area is still busy with traffic and noise at times. The air conditioning in the bedroom was more than worth it for those hot and sticky nights. The only issue we had was the noise from the gym. It opens at 6am, but there are often staff or cleaners there at 5am that wake you up as they clang machines. The gym noise goes on most days until 10pm making it difficult to sleep (even with earplugs). We were unfortunate to stay while they were extending the gym even closer to the apartment (literally underneath the bedroom window), as well as installing a new bright light that then illuminated the bedroom even more. It was the only problem in an otherwise great apartment, but sadly nothing Lucia can do about. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs :)

Lovely private place. Felt secure and in a peaceful neighbourhood. Claudia was very responsive and helpful as a host. Was a high standard for Moyobamba and I would go back when visiting family again.

We had the most amazing time at Carlos' place. Not only was he extremely easy to communicate with, but he also actively helped us with anything and everything we needed. He went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay and had everything we needed. The home is absolutely beautiful. My 13 friends and I had fun swimming in the pool, cooking on the grill (which Carlos kindly showed us how to use), and playing soccer on the field for hours. The rooms were perfect, with nice showers and big, comfortable beds. I could not recommend this amazing place enough, we will definitely be back! We had the best weekend ever.

Excellent location, walkable to the square. Good A/C in the master bedroom. The other two rooms have a fan for fresh sleep. Good view to relax on the terrace.

Excellent place to stay with friends or family. Mrs. Iris was very kind. The rooms are very comfortable, there is no noise, you can rest very well. It's close to downtown, motorcycle taxis charge you about 5 soles. It also has a washing machine that was very useful. Highly recommended.
