Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Join us @Colle di Perugia! We are at the beginning of the village San Martino in Colle, at a 10 minutes drive outside Perugia, on a quiet and private street. In some of the late fall mornings, the mist surrounds the entire valley and you feel like you are in the clouds! Such a spectacol! On Christmas Eve, Santa comes to every house with children, on a lighted tractor, with loud music, so that everybody hears and sees him. Wonderful initiative for the kids of all ages, between 0-100 years old!

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
