First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. On Christmas Eve, Santa comes to every house with children, on a lighted tractor, with loud music, so that everybody hears and sees him.
