Stay in this modern apartment, located just minutes from the old town in a quiet residential area. A few minutes from the Santa Maria della Misericordia Hospital (bus stop 1 min.), 15 min. from the historic center and 13 from the mini-meter. The apartment offers private parking, a large living room with an equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a toddler bed, and a bathroom with shower. It includes wi-fi, hairdryer, bed linen, bathroom kit and washing machine.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Loft for two ideal for a couple. Large and new studio apartment, with balcony, wooden roof and modern design. It is located on the second floor of a well-kept house inhabited by the family hosting you. The kitchen is complete with all appliances. It is suitable for short and long periods. We can't accept pets, much to our displeasure.
