Clean & Cozy Studio #00191

Our condo is in a great location in Telluride. Ski lifts are just across the river. The town shuttle stops out front and we are on the river trail connecting to downtown, hiking and biking trails and the beautiful valley floor. Grocery store, liquor store, and our favorite Thai restaurant are just a minute's walk. There are hot tubs and a sauna to relax in after playing in the mountains. Our condo is equipped with all the comforts of home. These condos have beautiful park like open space.

In Town Studio - Quality, Comfort and Value!

Situated in the northwest (sunny side) of Telluride, this studio has all the comfort you need in a great location! Park your car and don't drive again until you check out. Steps to everything. Please read the reviews for the inside scoop of what it's like to stay in our comfy, cozy studio. The studio does not have a conventional kitchen. There is a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, electric skillet, blender, coffee maker, etc. Please see photos for what is provided.

Lovely little slice of Telluride!

We've re-designed and recently completed a lovely remodel. We've opened up walls, taken out extraneous owner's closets and made it into a much more usable short-term rental. Though the 1 bedroom condo is only 450 square feet, it feels like the perfect amount of space for a 4 person family or a couple and a couple friends. Read the reviews! This home boasts one of the best locations in town. 10 min walk to festival grounds entrance. 30 second walk to the river trail. 5 min walk to gondola/slopes or downtown. This is one of the only stays in town with a hot tub AND a pool(open during summer)! Amazing views from patio. Its a very quick walk to enjoy all the local eats, galleries, shops and music festivals. Easy walking distance to all of downtown Telluride and the free Gondola to Mountain Village. Compare this a Deluxe suite at any of the local Hotels and you can see there is way more value in staying here.
