Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. Leaving the car in the free parking lot, you will have to walk 200 meters to reach this house in the heart of a forest and set in a large rock. All around you can take pleasant walks to the Rio Grande dam. Very suitable for a relaxing weekend in close contact with nature. Suitable for couples (even with pets) who are looking for relaxation, away from the chaos of the cities and who want to escape the responsibilities and stress of life for a while.

Casetta del Mastro

Casetta del Mastro is located in the heart of the historical center of Assisi, a few steps away from the Cathedral of San Rufino and a few meters away from the Rocca Maggiore. Close to bars, restaurants, groceries and shops. Equipped with every comfort. It is easily reachable on foot from the Matteotti pay parking. Possibility of free parking at about 200 m. Also reachable by bus. Tourist tax is of € 2/3person per day to be paid upon arrival.

The cottage is located 4 km from Castell'Azzara, surrounded by the greenery of an olive grove consisting of 38 olive and fruit trees and surrounded by wooded land and pastures, overlooking the valley offering a breathtaking 180° view starting north with the Fortress of Radicofani until descending towards the west to get lost on the horizon among the Sibillini Mountains. 300 meters from the provincial road, it can be reached by a dirt road.

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
