Beautiful hillside home, the perfect space for relaxation and fun. Enjoy the spectacular sunset across the pool overlooking the ancient Tiber valley. Umbria rich history and culture surround you and its centuries of culinary and artisanal tradition are at your doorstep. The Etruscan towns of Orvieto, Todi, Amelia are easily reached by car, or take the local train to Rome or Florence. A 3-minute drive away is Guardea with a supermarket, butchers, cafés, shops and an outdoor market on Sundays.

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Following the recent introduction of the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), it is not possible to access our car park during restricted hours. Period residence in the heart of Assisi's historic centre, convenient for getting around on foot, with free on-site parking. The property comprises a spacious dining room overlooking the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, and two bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and shower. Equipped with Wi-Fi, television and heating.

La Terrazza di Vittoria is a delightful studio on one level surrounded by silence and greenery. It is located a few meters from the main house and just 2 km from Città della Pieve. The large garden surrounding the house is a natural terrace overlooking Lake Trasimeno. It is enriched by a pergola equipped with a table and barbecue available for your meals in total relaxation. Inside, in a 40 sqm space, there is a double bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen.

Leaving the car in the free parking lot, you will have to walk 200 meters to reach this house in the heart of a forest and set in a large rock. All around you can take pleasant walks to the Rio Grande dam. Very suitable for a relaxing weekend in close contact with nature. Suitable for couples (even with pets) who are looking for relaxation, away from the chaos of the cities and who want to escape the responsibilities and stress of life for a while.

The cottage is located 4 km from Castell'Azzara, surrounded by the greenery of an olive grove consisting of 38 olive and fruit trees and surrounded by wooded land and pastures, overlooking the valley offering a breathtaking 180° view starting north with the Fortress of Radicofani until descending towards the west to get lost on the horizon among the Sibillini Mountains. 300 meters from the provincial road, it can be reached by a dirt road.

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
