Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Sancaktepe

We had a great time! The house is suitable for children and dogs. Our dog loved the garden! Living area looks like small in the pictures but it was more than enough for 4 people. We did not have any problem with heating stystem and hot water. Communication with the host was very easy. Thank you we enjoyed our stay very much!

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Convenient location! Place is great and very clean. Ufuk is awesome host, very friendly and responsive!

The house is spacious (two bedrooms and a living room) and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden and the cozy winter lounge are great spots to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, just two metro stops away from the Bosphorus shore (Üsküdar). From there, you can easily get anywhere in Istanbul by metro, bus, or ferry. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and some are open all night.

Kalabalık arkadaş grubuyla vakit geçirmek için harika bir yer. 4 katlı binada her şeyimiz mevcuttu, eksiksiz bir şekilde keyifle konakladık. Ferhat Bey son derece ilgiliydi ve yardımseverdi, bizimle çok güzel iletişim kurdu. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Havuzu kullanmak için yazın tekrar gelmek isteriz :)

Genialt sted at bo! Meget charmerende og cool sted midt i Balat. Tagterrassen er helt fantastisk med flot udsigt over byen og Det Gyldne Horn.

Very big and cozy space with all the amenities needed and a nice living room to chill and relax

This apartment is wonderful. Quite big and well decorated. The most important thing is the view and the easy way to go everywhere in the city from there. A TRAM station is in front of the building for the ones that do not like walking too much. The port is also in front of the building making it easier to go to the Asian part of the city. Will be back for sure. Istanbul is very safe and food spectacular.

I had an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cihangir, in a peaceful and elegant location. This place is not just an accommodation but truly feels like a second home in Istanbul. Every detail has been meticulously considered: a spacious and comfortable living area, the pleasure of a home cinema experience on a large screen, a bright and quiet neighborhood… Even the bed, pillows, and dryer have been carefully chosen with comfort in mind. For those working remotely, this place is also an excellent choice! There is a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably take care of your business. Sara, made this experience even more special. With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed home in Istanbul, this is definitely the right place! I will definitely be back!

Eine schöne sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung mit Meerblick von der Terrasse aus. Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von Hagia Sofia und Sultanahmet Moscheen. Die Wohnung grenzt an die alte historische Stadtmauer und byzantinischen Palast der 1600 Jahre alt ist. Die Kommunikation mit Ali verlief einwandfrei. Wir hatten alles in der Wohnung was wir brauchten. Wichtig zu wissen, dass die Zimmern nicht groß sind und keine Türen haben, was wahrscheinlich einfach typisch ist. Zudem ist die Wohnung etwas hellhörig und in der Nähe verlaufen die Zugschienen. Uns hat das alles aber nicht wirklich gestört. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten und weiter empfehlen. We had a very nice stay. Volkan replied immediately, gave clear self check-in instructions, and there was always 'staff' nearby who could come to the apartment within 15 minutes if we needed help. When our toilet didn’t flush upon arrival, someone came to fix it right away. When our toilet paper was almost finished, we received new rolls. The apartment is brighter than it appears in the photos, thanks to two street-facing windows. I had feared it would be too dark, but that wasn’t the case. The location (New European Quarter) is great—close to Galata Tower, Taksim Square (full of restaurants and shops), and fancy hotels like the Pera Palace, where Agatha Christie wrote Murder on the Orient Express. Do note that the area is noisy both day and night, and the flat is not well insulated against sound. Streetlights prevent full darkness, even with curtains. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs and a sleep mask. Bus, metro and train stops are 3-10 min away—leading to the 'Old city'.

Great apartment in an awesome location...close to the action and an easy walk to places of interest. Host runs a shop downstairs and is super friendly and helpful. Place was super clean and just as described. Definitely not a place to stay if you have any mobility issues. located far from where cars can easily get and up 4 flights of spiral stairwell, but if you are mibile it is perfect.
