We spent a very pleasant time here and left great memories. The landlord is super good and has been helping us all along

I traveled with my sick 3-month-old baby, and our host was absolutely amazing! Even before we stepped inside, they went above and beyond to help us. When they saw my little one had a cold, they immediately brought us a heater to make sure the baby would be comfortable. They were incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay - making our check-in process quick and our check-out hassle-free. The place itself was spotless! Clean towels, all the cleaning supplies we needed, and a fully equipped kitchen made our stay so convenient. I really can't thank them enough for their flexibility and thoughtfulness during a challenging time traveling with a sick infant. Without a doubt, I'll be booking with them again on my next trip!

Harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım! Ev son derece temiz ve düzenliydi, kendimi çok rahat hissettim. Ev sahibi iletişim konusunda oldukça ilgiliydi ve her konuda yardımcı oldu. Genel olarak beklentilerimi fazlasıyla karşılayan bir konaklamaydı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Ayten Hanım ve Ercan Bey’i bu ikinci ziyaret edişimiz. Ev yine pırıl pırıldı. Ayten Hanım bize harika bir kahvaltı hazırladı. Ada’da edilebilecek en iyi kahvaltıyı ettik. Çok candan, sizi evinizde hissettiren ev sahipleri. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Great place if you want to stay on the Asian side of Istanbul. Couch turns into a sofa bed and is quite big and comfortable. Place is well insulated making it good for a winter stay. Also a really nice Turkish restaurant around 3 minute walk from the apartment. Close walk to the beach as well which I’d imagine would be an ideal walking spot in the summer and springs. Overall would recommend this place. Plus there are so many cute cats in the neighbourhood!

Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! Mohamed war sehr freundlich und flexibel, kam extra zum Apartment und hat uns alles gezeigt. Bei Problemen war er sofort erreichbar. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer und über der Istmarina Mall wo es tolle Restaurants und Läden gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Temiz, düzenli ve sakin. Herşey detaylı düşünülmüştü. Biz çok memmun kaldık. Heybeli adaya tekrar gelir miyiz bilmem fakat gelirsek kesinlikle burada kalırız.

Ev sahibi rezervasyon onaylamadan önce ve sonrasında oldukça ilgiliydi. Evin temiz sıkıntısız ve konumu gayet güzel bir manzara sahipti. Kendisine tekrardan çok teşekkür ediyoruz.
