Holiday rentals in Sanchong District

Even though we did not have a face to face handover during the check in process due to us arriving at night, host and his team were responsive to any questions we had. the location is great, short walk to ximending shopping district! the place is clean and as described! I also love how they had a big bottle of water (5L I presumed) prepared for us. Tim's place is definitely worth the money and would definitely recommend anyone who come across his listing to book it!

The host is very helpful and responsive. The place is located right in the center of ximending, surrounded by food stalls, convenient stores and shops. Easy to access. Most importantly, we are allowed to keep our luggage there after checking out, and this is very convenient for us as we are taking night flights. We enjoyed our stays there very much

This apartment is a really good deal in a popular part of town. You're surrounded by restaurants. You're a five minute walk to the Ximen MRT station with two different train lines and a bunch of buses and the main Ximending pedestrian district. Some friends of ours paid way more for only slightly better digs in less convenient areas. If you're planning on doing much cooking, you should mention it to the host. They were great about getting us what we needed, but it would have been pretty minimally provisioned otherwise.

This was our first family trip in Taiwan and it was made even better with this unit. This was probably the biggest and cleanest apartments we’ve ever stayed at. The hosts are proactive and responsive to my queries. Everything looks the same on the photo and in person. In fact, it’s even waaaay better in person. It’s literally a minute walk from the MRT and a family mart nearby. If I’ll be back in Taiwan, I will stay again in this unit.

This is a great Airbnb for short visits to Taipei. It’s near the train station and has a self check in, so you can take the MRT and be settled in quickly. The flat was clean and everything looks as it does in the photos. The walls were quite thin though, so it does feel as if you have roommates at times, which is probably why the host also carefully communicates the quiet hours. It’s also near a major road, so you’ll need to keep the windows closed to avoid hearing it. But overall I was satisfied and would stay again.

The host is extremely responsive with a <10 minute response time. They answered any of my worries sincerely. They also provide local recommendations, very clear instructions on how to get to the room from ximending MRT, and proof shots of the clean house before you check in. The room itself is also very nice~ The bed and pillows were comfortable and made our stay nice. There is a good washing machine that dries ur clothes and a steamer that unwrinkles any of your clothes (my fav part of the room). Although we were worried about the smoke smell due to other reviews, there was no smoke smell to be found even outside on the balcony! There even is an air purifier so my usual morning dust allergies didnt act up. The only bad thing was that the ceiling was low and my hand would hit it when i was stretching (im 172 cm), especially in the shower. The water heater also alternates between hot and cold very fast with little in between but it wasnt so bad that it affected my stay! 10/10 recco

The place was clean and quiet. It was strategically located so one could walk just a few meters to the subway station. The host was very responsive. I would consider this place again for my future trip to Taipei.
