The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped so you can choose to eat at home or take the short trip down to the city. Parking for car just outside the house.

The house is located on a mountain top, with sun all day and fantastic views of Lahellefjorden. The house is located 100 meters from the water as the crow flies. 5 min walk and you can swim at the local jetty or beach. Hiking areas right outside the door, with a great coastal path across Østerøya. From here you can quickly reach Skjellvika and other beautiful sandy beaches.

Living room with kitchenette and new bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used by two children. The basement is not in use when rented. Parking on the property is possible. The lawn in front of the annex can be used by the tenant. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
