Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Österlen offers its most beautiful sunset on the patio to this quiet and modern accommodation. Welcome to Lundsgård. Here you can rest in seclusion between visits to everything that Österlen has to offer. The annex has six beds (two in a sofa bed), a modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. In the bathroom there is a shower, washing machine and dryer. You park right outside. Electric car chargers are available at cost. Warm welcome!

Mullbärsgården

Mullbärsgården is a beautiful Skånelänga from the 1800s. Carefully renovated last years. I live in this house all year round, but I rent it out for a few weeks in the summer. In Skivarps village there is a restaurant within walking distance. 4 km away there is one of Skåne's finest beaches, Mossbystrand. At the same distance you will find Abbekås with the possibility of a brew bath and Bongska house, restaurant, café and bakery. Dogs are allowed to come inside.
