Just outside Åsarp, in a secluded location, is this newly built, lovely apartment that was completed in 2021. The apartment is located on the second floor in a garage/storage building on the property. The accommodation is suitable for an overnight stay or perhaps as a base if you want to visit the surrounding areas of Falbygden to the north and Ätradalen to the south. The location close to nature provides peace and quiet, while it is only 600 m to the nearest grocery store, which is centrally located in the village!

Welcome! When you step in, the entrance lights are turned off by motion. Take off your outerwear/shoes and follow the stairs down to the living room with a sleeping alcove that offers adjustable beds, sofa and armchair. Choose from TV or big screen projector for best movie experience. Mibox gives you several apps for streaming. Wi-Fi is available! The kitchen is equipped with coffee, tea, a microwave, a fridge, an induction hob, a convection fryer and a washing machine. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with shower, toilet and storage. Electric vehicle charging available at a small cost.

At Kölingsholm Farm in Kölingared, this small cozy cottage is surrounded by natural pastures and oaks. Two rooms and kitchen with sleeping loft. Fully tiled toilet with shower and floor heating. The kitchen is small but well equipped for cooking/baking! One bedroom with a double bed and two single beds (105 cm) in the loft. In the living room, there is a fireplace and room for everyone on the sofa, as well as dining room tables and chairs. A hall and a small laundry room (with underfloor heating) with exit to the back.

Absolutely amazing environment to relax and enjoy nature. Central Mullsjö 10 minutes away by car, Grocery store, Restaurants, Liquor store etc. Optimal place to relax and enjoy Swedish fresh air. The house measures 90 square meters. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, hallway, bathroom with a shower, utility entrance with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a bedroom with two single beds. The upper floor has a spacious living area, a large seating area, a desk and three single beds. The living area offers space for extra beds and there is also a separate bedroom. Guests have the option to bring their own horse; a stable stall and pasture are available.

Up in the garden overlooking Näs Manor and Nässjön is Villa Näs. A modern home in a rural and scenic environment. The house, which is secluded, has a large and lovely garden with sun all day. In the meadows around the house, grazing animals walk in the summer. A few steps away is Nässjön, which offers fantastic swimming. All our guests have access to barbecue, stand-up paddle boards and bicycles! In winter, you live 5 minutes' drive from the alpine center with a total of 7 slopes!

The accommodation offers a unique experience of relaxation by the lakeside, featuring a private sauna, hot tub, and a tranquil relaxation area right by the water with its own jetty. Simsjön is a scenic and peaceful spot, perfect for escaping everyday stress and spending quality time together. You can borrow your own boat to explore the lake and enjoy fishing 🎣🌿

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the large house with its own entrance. It has three double rooms with room for six overnight guests and a large living room with space for two more. All bedrooms have windows facing the lake. You have access to a private beach with a wood-fired sauna and fishing in the lake. There are also good opportunities for walking, running and cycling tours in the surrounding area and the forest.

Rural idyll with proximity to nature in Mullsjö

Welcome to our idyllic Ruder, beautifully located outside Mullsjö. There are cats and chickens roaming just outside the house, and with swimming opportunities within walking distance. Take the opportunity to explore the many beautiful hiking trails in Mullsjö, try your luck at fishing or enjoy the calm paddling waters of Stråken.

Welcome to Gärdstorp. The farm dates back to the 17th century. Here you live in a quiet and peaceful place close to nature, during the summer with grazing cows and calves in the pastures on the farm. The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of two adults with two children or three adults.
