Newly renovated charming cottage with panoramic views, boathouse, private jetty and beachfront. Large plot and large terrace with no neighbors nearby. Very good sun conditions. Here you have nature and the lake "to yourself". At the same time, the cabin is only a few minutes walk from the shop and ferry dock and only 18 minutes drive from Preikestolen. Private access road and parking right by the cabin. Possibility to rent sauna and boat. Unique fishing opportunities. The cabin is located at the entrance to the Lysefjord. Extra mattress is possible.

Beautiful boathouse at Fogn in Ryfylke

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

Spacious, central ground-floor apartment with 2 bedrooms

The apartment appears bright and stylish. Here you have two good bedrooms with double beds (and the option of extra beds). The flat is on the ground floor of our building. Here you have your own entrance and parking right outside. It is within walking distance (8 minutes) to Sandnes city centre with all amenities such as shopping centres, Norway's longest pedestrian street with cosy shops, a cinema, cafés, restaurants, etc. Bus connection 2 minutes away. From the city centre, there are frequent trains to Stavanger or southwards towards Jæren.

The house has a garage with electric charger and parking space for several cars, garden, roof terrace, spacious terrace on the 1st floor with roof roof and barbecue area right out from the living room. Location: Close to the sandy beaches at Jæren, Pulpit Rock, Lysefjorden, Kjerag, Flor & Fjære, Stavanger & Kongeparken Activity Park. Very central with only 5 minutes walk to Sandnes city center with several restaurants, cafes, pubs & good shopping. 15 min by car to Stavanger & Stavanger AirPort. Very good public transport!
