Dogs are not allowed, as this can cause allergies in other visitors. Child-friendly neighborhood, with Rutenparken only 2 minutes away. Good train and bus connections.

The park of Sandved is a short 3 minute walk away, which leads to the city centre of Sandnes or to the lake of Stokkeland. The bedroom has a double bed, and the couch can be slept on, in addition to an inflatable mattress.
