Gorgeous new fully tiled bathroom with large shower. Single bedroom/studio with storage and a desk for eating or studying/working. Excellent WIFI. * Under-counter fridge-freezer, stovetop, microwave, and kettle provided. Samsung 'The Frame' 43" Smart TV. Sadly, I am allergic to pets with fur. Entrance camera.

Air coach 700 (airport shuttle service) is at your front door. 10 minute walk to the city centre , 20 min to temple bar, Aviva stadium RDS & embassies all close by. This is the perfect place to relax & enjoy Dublin .Direct hourly bus service to the airport .The history of this building make it very unique .

This luxury private suite comprises the two top floors of a bright and spacious Georgian house looking straight onto Dublin Bay. The front rooms overlook Sandymount Strand, made famous by James Joyce and Seamus Heaney. Stroll to Sandymount village with it's charming Village Green surrounded by a choice of interesting shops and restaurants. There is parking although taxi and public transport links are excellent. Wifi 251 mbps. An oasis for work or leisure within 15 minutes of the city centre!

Resembling a Tuscan Farmhouse this 200 years old coach house is simply irresistible. The building was elegantly restored after lying dormant for decades. Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.

It is within 200m of Sandymount strand, 100m of Sydney Parade DART station, 10 mins from city centre, 5 mins from RDS & Aviva, Aircoach 701 stops at St Vincents Hospital on Merrion Road. This stop is a 12minute walk to the room. Our en-suite bedroom with private entrance is all yours. It is a bright guest room with your very own bathroom and shower. Our home is located 3 to 4 km south-east of Dublin's city centre. We are 6 min walking distance from the Aviva Stadium and 10 min from RDS. The City Centre is within reach by DART in 13 min. Sandymount is a lovely small village with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, pharmacies and a Tesco supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is reachable in 6 min by foot.

There’s a little park a few steps away and the beach is a 5 minute stroll away. There’s a bus stop right outside bringing you to city centre in 15 mins or walk it in 30 min. The Dart station is 5 min away, bringing you as far as Greystones to Howth. City bike rentals are readily available if you fancy a bike ride. No car necessary!
