This is a quiet neighborhood; note our noise rules carefully. When requesting a stay, provide complete info on your group including age, gender, group make-up, # of cars, plans during stay, and confirm that you have read our rules and agree to abide by them.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom PLUS casita home is nestled in 1/2 acre of beautiful garden with California Oaks, Pepper trees and Palms. Each window looks out to a beautiful garden setting. The back garden with its sunny southern exposure, is a lovely place to sit and admire the scenic views to the lower lawn and beyond to an open meadow. The private beach is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the house. The house is located near endless paths for walking on the More Mesa preserve.
