Recently renovated apartment located on the third and top floor (no elevator) of a historic building in the Santa Croce area. Magnificent view of the Santa Croce area and Piazzale Michelangelo. Very quiet day and night (also ideal for working). Very central with paid garage 150 meters away. Consisting of a living room with kitchen, a loft bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. Nespresso machine, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, smart TV, toaster, WIFI, air conditioning.
