The apartment is clean, functional and very well located, close to the port on foot. It is located on the ground floor and has a large outdoor terrace. Sergi was very responsive in communication. I would this property.

Francesca is very helpful, friendly and helpful. He has expertly renovated the house inherited from his grandparents, making it comfortable and welcoming. Spaces are spacious, especially those in the guest house. The location is strategic: it can be reached on foot in a few minutes from the port and is located near a well-stocked supermarket. The back patio is equipped with a large table and can comfortably accommodate mopeds or a car. Recommended.

An amazing Villa with stunning views! This is honestly a beautiful home to stay in for a lovely trip to Ibiza. The location is very easy to get to - 10 mins from the airport, a few minutes to local supermarkets and 10 minutes to Ibiza town (which is a must visit!). We visited many places on the island from here with no issue - all under a 30 min drive. The host was very good and accommodated a late check-in for us at a fee and also provided milk and water when we arrived which was very appreciated. We enjoyed all the lovely dining areas in the home, each with beautiful views over the sea. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to make meals with no issue. The pool is wonderful and we enjoyed catching the sun around it, but as we travelled out of season it was too cold to use - would be a real treat in the summer! The home is secure, 2 gates to get through to the property and we always felt safe. It is also very private. You will not be disappointed with this home!

We had a lovely stay at the house rented by Francesca. It is spacious, very clean and well-equipped. The housekeeper is charming. Francesca, whom we did not meet, was very accommodating. The only downside is the nearby passage of vehicles on the main road of the island. It's a great value for money.

This home is absolutely a gem! Very luxurious and comfortable in a lovely peaceful, natural setting. Even in winter or early spring, it is good to stay here. Ibiza is a small island, so basically everything is easy to reach. A car is a must, but the roads are very passable despite the many mountains here. We enjoyed it and will definitely be back😃. We had a fab stay at casa linda, Lucia was the best host. She helped us and went out of her way to help us, and was very kind giving us a late check out. The villa has everything you need, and is so centrally located for beaches and night clubs across the island. Taxis were easy to get using taxi click app. We really enjoyed beautiful Ibiza town.

The visit to Ibiza was for a training and I can only say that we wished we’d had even more time in the house and the beautiful property! It felt like a retreat in itself and evenings there and waking up to it were a delight. This is a beautiful home and thoughtfully and tastefully designed with an inviting, modern, and relaxed aesthetic where you will surely feel right at home. Alba was a thoughtful and kind host and I had recommended it to friends and saved the listing to favorites in Airbnb even by night as I will surely visit again on any Ibiza trip in future.

We had a nice stay at the villa. All facilities were there and the communication with Valeria was very pleasant. It is a spacious villa and the pool is lovely! The only downside was that the upper floor of the villa is occupied by someone else and this is quite noisy. Also, you are not privately in the garden because the balcony of the upstairs neighbors adjoins the garden.

The place is beautiful. In the morning there is sun on the terrace for breakfast. Private parking is perfect and essential for the area. The neighborhood is peaceful, the beach is within walking distance. There are several restaurants in walking distance.

Great location in es pujols where it is easy to reach restaurants and the beach. Mariano who welcomed us was very helpful and kind, always providing useful tips for visiting the island. Highly recommended

The highlight of the accommodation is the play together of the well thought out furnishings, super clean and at the same time "straightforward", yet charming apartment with the warmth and authenticity of the hostess. I'm happy that Maru is hosting me ha! She was always available, gave great restaurant recommendations and drove me to the ferry on departure. The only minor flaw is that it can get noisy on the balcony, as it is located at a crossroads. Parking opposite as well as 2 moped landlords in the immediate vicinity. Compensation for this: Unbeatable evening! In the pre-season, the bus connections weren't that great yet, but taxi driving is a good alternative: fair prices and friendly drivers. (From my point of view, no one needs a car on Formentera - all distances are easy to navigate by bike or even by foot.) Muchisimas gracias, Marú - alla prossima!

Stunning apartment! We were there for 5 days and thrilled. The decor, the surroundings, the terrace, views &&&. Just wow! Highly recommended.

If any guest of this apartment is a sea lover, well this accomodation represents literally the heaven!!!! The flat is fabulous, watching the sea, from the room till the terrace. The whole ambient is cozy, very clean, comfortable and full of attention to details. The apartment comes with many utilities, WiFi, tv, kitchen and washing machine. The terrace is fully furnished which is a must to be enjoyed, while staying there. The host communicates very well, with clear instructions and guidelines. Also the apartments offers easy access and many amenities close by plus beautiful beaches just round the corner, within a walkable distance. Amazing EXPERIENCE

Perfect base to explore the beautiful island of Formentera. Very comfortable beds. The views are amazing and the apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. We will definitely be booking again soon . Francisco was extremely helpful and informative.

We loved to stay at Vicente’s House. The apartment was brand new and very well equipped. Beautiful furniture and decoration, very quiet and private at the countryside. Vicente was very friendly and always responded quick to my messages. We would definitely like to come back soon and can only recommend this accommodation! :)

Great location blocks from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed our 4 night stay in this suite - it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our hosts were great communicators and helpful whenever we had questions. We hope to be back one day!

Me and my 2 other friends had a lovely time here. Easy check-in and great communication with the owner. When we arrived the apartment was very clean and spacious; our bath towels got changed mid week and bonus: it has a terrace at top for enjoying the sunset! Also, it’s a stone thrown from the city centre of Es Pujols but away from all the nightlife noise and main touristy area/promenade. We hired a car and bikes to get around the island a little bit more and explore the many beautiful beaches. Only thing I would say if you’re thinking to book this place you’ll need to buy some basic household items like washing up liquid and bin bags (maybe we were just unlucky and the previous rentals did’t leave any?) but yeah, you might need to bring or buy some of those. Other than that highly recommend! Thank you so much 😊

We had a great stay at Lorenzo’s place. Conveniently located, not far from shops and the beach. Great view from the terrace and the pool is really good too. Cala Llonga is a relatively quiet part of the island but only a short taxi ride away from the old town and the main sights. Lorenzo was a great host too with clear instructions and prompt responses. Would highly recommend!

Well located accommodation, beautiful terrace, bike rental just across the street (affordable price) to go around the island. A beach not far from the apartment walking access too. Very well equipped kitchen ( I was able to cook without worries🤪) and a very responsive host thanks to her. I'll come back to that.
