La mia casa sul mare, con accesso diretto e privato alla spiaggia di San Giovanni, è vicinissima al centro del paese, alla spiaggia centrale di Santa Maria, adue passi dal porto turistico. L'appartamento a disposizione degli ospiti si trova al piano terra ed è composto da un ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano letto che si affaccia su una grande terrazza vista mare, una camera da letto matrimoniale con vista sul mare, una camera a due letti con vista sul giardino ed il bagno con doccia.

La casa è perfetta per ogni stagione, nei mesi estivi per la sua vicinanza al mare e per la sua vista meravigliosa, per nuotare e prendere il sole, in autunno e inverno, per le escursioni, l'arrampicata e le visite archeologiche. Buon cibo e ottimo vino rallegreranno la permanenza in qualsiasi stagione. L'aria condizionata è in ogni stanza da letto e il soggiorno ha una bella stufa a pellets. In terrazzo, grazie al Wi-Fi, si potrà navigare su internet, per svago o per lavoro, con vista mare.

Our apartment is 200 meters from the beach and is a great solution for families with children. It is in the center of the village but in a quiet area, close to a beautiful public garden where there are ancient olive trees and games for children. There are several shops, a pharmacy and restaurants nearby.
