Here you will enjoy the epitome of indoor-outdoor living and soak in the spectacular panoramic laguna views. Waterfront property located at Laguna de Apoyo. Relax in the infinity pool or take a swim in the lake where you will find hot thermals nearby. 2 kayaks & 24 hour security. High speed wireless network and cable TV. Separate A/C units are in each bedroom. Due to extremly high cost of electricity, the price includes A/C from 10pm to 7am. Additional A/C service is $20/day. There is a casita also located on the property that is occupied at times with shared driveway access.

The name pays perhaps a daring homage to Famous Studio 54; also playing with our birthyear, but just with the name. This a beautiful brand new house built for our guests. It's located close to the main highway, yet far enough to keep the noise away. It's in the middle of a pretty garden with spacious, living room, kitchen, dining area, bedroom bathroom and working station. It also has outdoor space, laundry and a beautiful terrace.

Casa Abierta is safe & secluded - just 20 min. from Managua but feels far from the heat and noise. Deck has gorgeous views & house is open plan w/ loft, kitchen, living/bedroom. Lots of screens for airflow, so it's very cool. Accessible to Managua in charming rural village next to forest walks on trails with views & wood-fired hot tub. *Note: Our place is extra peaceful because we *do not* have WiFi!
